HRI Executive Director, Rachel Zelon, met with several faculty members and students at Oklahoma State University to discuss a potential partnership in Guatemala. It is a natural fit for HRI and OSU to work together on community development projects, particularly school, community and home gardens that will produce vegetables rich in the vitamins and minerals critically needed by children to grow and maintain good health. We look forward to continuing our discussions with OSU!
